We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our senior leadership team as the Senior College Director.

Job Description:

The Senior College Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic programs, policies and procedures that foster a culture of excellence and innovation in Years 10-12. This includes collaborating with teachers, staff and students to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and abilities.

Key areas of focus include student development, wellbeing and academic achievement, as well as promoting a positive school culture that values spiritual growth, integrity, service and compassion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading teaching and learning across secondary education
  • Expertise in curriculum design and implementation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Masters in Educational Leadership or equivalent qualification
