At any given time, we may have a variety of primary, secondary and specialist teaching roles available across our schools as well as non-teaching positions that support the delivery of innovative learning and teaching to around 43,500 students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Wellbeing and Pastoral Care:
    • Develop, implement and oversee wellbeing programs that align with the Catholic Ethos of the College.
    • Provide guidance and intervention strategies for students facing personal or academic challenges.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team to foster a culture of inclusivity, respect and care.
    • Collaborate with school leadership, teachers and parents/carers to ensure a consistent approach to student wellbeing.
  • Behavioural Management and Support:
    • Implement behaviour management strategies that align with the school's values and policies.
    • Address student behaviour concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Transition and Progression Oversight:
    • Facilitate smooth transitions for students entering, progressing through and exiting the college.
    • Work closely with academic and support teams to address students' needs during key transition periods.
  • Data and Policy Management:
    • Analyse wellbeing data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with school and diocesan policies related to student wellbeing and child protection.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
