Junior School Leadership Role

Inaburra School is a K-12 coeducational Christian school recognised for innovation and creativity in education. We are seeking an Executive Leader to join our team.

Position Purpose

This role requires a leader of integrity, insight and deep care who can nurture a thriving staff culture, inspire young learners, and lead with grace and conviction.

About the Junior School

The Junior School (Years K–6) plays a vital role in shaping the future of our students. As the Head of Junior School, you will be responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day leadership, leading and developing the Junior School leadership team and staff, and fostering a positive staff culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Junior School (Years K–6).
  • Lead and develop the Junior School leadership team and staff across all areas of operation.
  • Foster a positive staff culture and a safe, supportive learning environment for students.
  • Build meaningful relationships across the School community with a focus on integrity, generosity, kindness and humility.
  • Collaborate with the K-12 Dean of Teaching and Learning and Dean of Curriculum to align academic and pastoral programs.
