Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital analytics team. As the head of digital analytics, you will be responsible for steering our department towards new heights by providing exceptional insights that drive business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic vision and deep involvement in executing complex projects for major brands and agencies. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the vision and strategy for the ANZ market.
  • Managing and overseeing the team's performance, making compensation recommendations and being involved in hiring decisions.
  • Identifying, planning, and executing new digital growth projects, working closely with the Business Development team on go-to-market strategies for new services.
  • Cultivating and growing key relationships, particularly with Google in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Developing and executing thought leadership strategies, creating high-quality content like white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in the sale and delivery of data, technology, and/or digital analytics consulting services.
  • Proven experience leading a high-performing team.
  • Expert knowledge in GA4, GA360, GTM and strong knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with CDP and/or DMP platforms and integrating digital data with them.
