We are seeking an experienced Digital Governance Director to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions and controls for privacy requirements, advising data engineering and analytics teams on privacy considerations, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to advance customer privacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Privacy teams, Trust Engineering, and Data Governance teams to design and implement technical solutions and controls for privacy requirements
- Advise data engineering and analytics teams on privacy considerations for customer data lifecycle and use, including AI and machine learning
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership on customer privacy initiatives
- Scale the company's privacy program by identifying and developing strategies for privacy engineering and privacy-enhancing technologies
- Necessary qualifications to practice law in your local jurisdiction
- 6+ years practicing law
- Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and legal teammates to advise on privacy engineering and technical implementation of privacy controls
- Experience distilling complex legal and technical concepts for leadership audiences
