Job Description:

The role of the Digital Marketing Director is to drive growth and lead our digital marketing strategy. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, from campaign planning and execution to analytics and reporting.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to continually improve our digital marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading digital marketing teams and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
