Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Strategy Director to lead our online team and develop innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital content plans to engage audiences across multiple channels.
  • Drive the growth and profitability of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee annual performance marketing strategies, focusing on brand elevation, sales growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
  • Design and implement a data-driven CRM program to build customer journeys and deliver an omnichannel brand experience.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on digital graphics designers' output.
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing online platforms in retail environments.
  • The ability to create innovative digital and e-commerce strategies and solutions.
  • Data-driven analytical skills, with a passion for testing and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with both creative and analytical digital marketing (EDM, Campaign).
  • Performance marketing capabilities across SEO/SEM.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
