Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our dynamic Banquets Kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional banquet dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within a high-volume or banquet setting. They will possess a strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and event service timing. Additionally, they will be passionate about preparing beautiful food with consistency and care.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Banquet Sous Chef and kitchen leadership team to execute event menus. You will also assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members to support their growth and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within a high-volume or banquet setting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and event service timing
  • A passion for preparing beautiful food with consistency and care
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
