Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly driven commercial manager to lead our Australian SMB team, focusing on portfolio management and driving SMB commercial initiatives. You'll report to the Director SMB AU and drive SMB-focused outcomes for our market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Deeply interrogate and monitor performance through the user journey to develop comprehensive strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.Analyze Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: Identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive and execute programs across the APAC region to deliver revenue and margin growth for the SMB segment.

Your Day-to-Day:

Gain Deeper Understanding of the SMB Business: Develop a deep understanding of the SMB business across Australia, including growth drivers.Monitor Key Metrics and KPIs: Track progress against growth goals and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, support, risk, finance, and in-market leaders to prioritize and execute new offerings, cross-sell and upsell into the user base, and enable optimizations.Understand Customer Journey: Use qualitative and data-driven insights to segment, measure, and optimize the performance of growth initiatives.

What You Need to Bring:

Experience in B2B Sector: Passion for serving SMBs in an innovative and global environment.Leadership and Influencing Skills: Ability to lead and influence large cross-functional teams to a clear outcome.Business Case Development: Experience in business case development, market and opportunity sizing, and preparing strategic recommendations for senior executives.Complex Topic Simplification: Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics while not losing sight of details.
