The Property Portfolio team plays a vital role in overseeing commercial assets across the greater Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine region.

About the Role

As a Property Portfolio Specialist, you will act as a liaison between landlords, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and optimal outcomes for all parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and optimise property investment performance in line with market conditions and comparable properties.
  • Manage lease administration, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners and occupiers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional who can bring technical expertise and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in property management (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on key tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level or above).
  • Experience with industry software (Cirrus8 or similar).
