We are seeking a Property Coordinator to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating repairs, maintenance and contract obligations of a large and growing portfolio of properties. They will also manage fleet and assets for our workforce of Support Workers and operations staff.

This part-time position is located in our Geelong Office and offers a competitive hourly rate plus super and salary packaging options.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in property management and administration.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running.

Additional attributes we are looking for include:

  • Proven experience managing properties, including lease coordination, setup, and ongoing administration.
  • Highly proficient in IT and administration, with strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and general desktop applications.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and solve problems effectively.
