Commercial Property Manager

The Property Management team is responsible for overseeing our commercial portfolio across the greater Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine region.
As Commercial Property Manager, you will act as the key link between the company, landlords, and tenants, ensuring professional service and the best possible outcomes for all parties.
Primary Responsibilities
Protect and optimise the investment performance of property assets in line with market conditions and comparable properties.
Manage lease administration, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with owners and occupiers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
About You
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional who can bring both technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will have:
Agents Representative Certificate.
Minimum 3 years' experience in property management (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on key tasks.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritise work, and adapt to client and tenant needs.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level or above).
Experience with industry software (Cirrus8 or similar, highly regarded).
