Your Role

As a Residential Property Manager, you'll oversee a thriving portfolio of rental properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing renter payments and arrears
  • Coordinating property maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient administration processes

Who You Are

You're a reliable, detail-oriented professional with:

  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • A valid Driver's Licence
  • Proven experience in residential property management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client service
