Job Description

As a commercial property manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the growth and development of our commercial property portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conducting routine property inspections to ensure optimal performance and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Overseeing accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
  • Coordinating maintenance and obtaining quotes as needed
  • Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, strong time management and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail and problem-solving skills, IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs, and an authentic personality with a 'can-do' approach.

Requirements

A real estate license or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is required. Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not necessary.
