We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role:- This is a highly rewarding position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the rail industry and civil contractor organizations.
- Develop and implement a Key Account Plan that aligns with regional market plans and business strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including RPV and SRLA.
- Represent and profile the entire organization to clients, contractors, partners, and others.
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients and implement appropriate governance and risk management procedures.
- A minimum of 15 years relevant industry experience in Business Development, Project Delivery, and Key Management.
- Experience within civil contractor organizations, RPV, SRLA, or similar roles within consultancy will be highly regarded.
- A working knowledge of the rail industry is preferred but not essential.
