
Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to deliver outstanding results
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful campaigns across multiple channels
- Mentor and manage account service staff to support their growth and performance
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver high-quality work
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency
- Proven track record of leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a solutions-focused approach
