We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Youth Justice Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing senior case management and support services to complex, high-risk young people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior case management and support services to young people subject to statutory court orders
- Coordinate the delivery of rehabilitative interventions for young people with complex needs at high risk of offending in the community
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
- Strong knowledge and experience in case management practice, particularly in coordinating rehabilitative interventions for young people with complex needs
- Understanding of the youth justice system and relevant legislation, including the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
