Senior Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Orygen Specialist Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with our Orygen Inpatient Unit and Custodial Forensic Youth Mental Health Service teams to provide specialist youth mental health care in custodial settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Complete assessments, develop treatment and care plans, and provide appropriate discharge planning for young people in custody.
- Provide high-level consultation, leadership, and advice on complex clinical matters.
- Help develop the capabilities of the IPU team by providing training and support.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with relevant registration and qualifications, experience in youth mental health, and knowledge of the youth justice and/or criminal justice system. If you are passionate about working with young people and have a strong commitment to recovery-oriented care, we encourage you to apply.
