Youth Activities Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team at Youth Projects Ltd. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and leading employment and training programs for young people across various industries.
Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of Certificate III courses, from referral to graduation, ensuring a seamless experience for both students and education providers. You will work closely with TAFEs, RTOs, and internal teams to deliver high-quality training programs, aligning training with job opportunities and creating clear pathways to sustainable employment.
Key Requirements- Experience in Program Coordination: Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing youth programs, especially those related to training and employment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with TAFEs, RTOs, employers, recruitment partners, and internal teams.
- Highly Organised and Admin-Focused: Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing needs, think on your feet, and find creative solutions to challenges that may arise in program delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key sectors like healthcare, warehousing, construction, and administration, including understanding current employment trends and requirements in these fields.
