At the heart of every master planned community lies a vision for the future. We have an opportunity for a Project Development Lead to join our team in western Sydney. The role involves managing project teams, delivering property development opportunities, and driving projects forward in accordance with strategic group and divisional objectives.

The responsibilities include:

  • Multiple project responsibility\
  • Preparing project strategy\
  • Reviewing and overseeing complex Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities, and Risk and Opportunity schedules\
  • Identifying and managing Risks and Opportunities to optimise outcomes\
  • Developing and implementing management policies, systems, and processes\
  • Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals\
  • Managing and developing people across larger and/or multiple teams\
  • Conflicts resolution experience in project and people management\
  • Delivering win-win project outcomes as part of a dynamic team\
  • Passion for delivering master planned community projects\
  • Technical strength in leading team members on technical and people management matters\
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills\
  • Professionally qualified with a proven track record delivering complex master planned community projects through all phases of the development life cycle\
