We seek an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead our Mulgoa master-planned community development in western Sydney. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects and delivering property development opportunities in line with strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple, highly complex, large projects.
  • Preparing project strategies.
  • Reviewing and overseeing complex or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities, and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
  • Identifying and managing Risks and Opportunities to optimize outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing management policies, systems, and processes.
  • Exhibiting expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.

Requirements

To succeed, you must be professionally qualified with a proven track record of delivering complex master-planned community projects through all development phases. Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience, are essential.

You should be technically strong and capable of leading team members on technical and people management matters. Passion for delivering master-planned community projects and working as part of a dynamic team is required.
