Job Title: Senior Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Development Manager to lead our Mulgoa master-planned community development in western Sydney. The ideal candidate will oversee projects in accordance with strategic group and divisional objectives.

The role involves:

  • Managing multiple complex projects.
  • Preparing project strategies.
  • Reviewing and overseeing Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities, and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
  • Identifying and managing Risks and Opportunities to optimize outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing management policies, systems, and processes.
  • Having expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.
  • Actively managing and developing personnel across teams.

To be successful, you must have professional qualifications and a proven track record of delivering complex master-planned community projects through all phases of the development lifecycle.

You should have well-developed stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience in project and people management.
