Master Planned Community Lead

We have an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Master Planned Community Lead. This role will involve managing multiple complex projects, developing project strategies, and overseeing development briefs, programmes, feasibilities, and risk and opportunity schedules.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Managing large-scale master-planned community projects from initiation to completion.
  • Developing and implementing project management policies, systems, and processes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and optimizing opportunities to deliver successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the required standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. You must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Your Point of Difference

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering complex master-planned community projects through all development phases. You should be technically strong and capable of leading team members on technical and people management matters. Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience, are essential.
