Lead Large-Scale Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing project teams, delivering property development opportunities, and overseeing projects in accordance with strategic group objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multiple complex large-scale projects.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Reviewing and overseeing complex development briefs, programmes, feasibilities, and risk schedules.
  • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes.
  • Implementing management policies, systems, and processes.
  • Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.

To succeed in this role, you must be professionally qualified with a proven track record in delivering complex master planned community projects through all phases of the development life cycle. You should be technically strong, able to lead team members on technical and people management matters, and possess well-developed stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience in project and people management.
