This role offers an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join a master planned community development in western Sydney.

You will be responsible for managing project teams, delivering property development opportunities, and leading projects in accordance with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple/highly complex/large projects
  • Prepare project strategies
  • Review and oversee complex development briefs, programmes, feasibilities, and risk/opportunity schedules
  • Identify and manage risks/opportunities to optimise outcomes
  • Develop and implement management policies/systems/processes
  • Provide expert advice on legal aspects and obtain authority approvals
  • Manage and develop people across teams

Requirements

To succeed, you must be professionally qualified with a proven track record of delivering master planned community projects through all phases of the development life cycle.

Strong technical skills are essential, as well as excellent stakeholder management abilities, including conflict resolution experience. Passion for delivering master planned community projects is required.
