Job Title: Hospital Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Hospital Liaison Officer.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and their families on arrival into hospital
  • Book appointments for inpatient and outpatient services
  • Process invoices and payments for outpatient services
  • Admit and discharge patients to the Cardiovascular Centre
  • Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment (preferably within a customer service setting)
  • Proficiency in patient record databases (IBA preferred)
