About the Role

This position entails consolidating and interpreting operational, sales, and supply chain data to inform strategic business decisions.

You will be responsible for maintaining item master data integrity, tracking performance across logistics partners, and aligning sales forecasting with real-time supply and demand.

  • Ensuring accurate item master and product data
  • Maintaining supplier and third-party rate cards
  • Supporting weekly sales forecasts and demand planning cycles
  • Monitoring inventory flow and fulfillment service level agreements across global 3PLs
  • Implementing, tracking, and reporting key supply chain metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, stock health)
  • Ensuring operational compliance for FDA-regulated product lines
  • Developing clear, insightful dashboards for commercial and operations teams
Key Requirements
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident based in Sydney, able to work on-site five days a week
  • 3–5 years' experience in operations or supply chain data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management
  • Proven experience managing and maintaining item master data with high accuracy
  • Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment reporting (e.g. OTIF, fill rate, SLA tracking)
  • Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, NetSuite, Power BI, GA4
  • Experience working with FDA-regulated or compliance-sensitive product data an asset
  • Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication skills – able to collaborate with stakeholders from commercial, operations, and technical backgrounds
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics across supply chain, logistics, inventory management & sales operations. Experience working with tools like Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, BI, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.
