Job Role

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and informing business strategy through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in analytics/BI, proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify process inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and implement KPI dashboards and reporting systems to ensure data quality and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and IT professionals to influence operations strategy and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in analytics/BI (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python is a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
