Job Title:
Business Decision Specialist

This role is pivotal in supporting decision-making through data-driven insights, process analysis, and strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, streamline execution, and track performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with trading platforms or brokerage client journeys is a plus.

About the Role

  • Analyze key business metrics, client trends, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support performance monitoring and forecasting.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across global markets.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose data-backed solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, business cases, and performance updates for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional global teams.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and trading platforms is beneficial.
