International Partnership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled International Partnership Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting agent enquiries with existing and new international partners.
The primary responsibilities include managing inbound agent inquiries, ensuring service levels and CRM compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional partnership support.
This position requires close collaboration with the Senior Partnership Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
• Respond to agent enquiries from university clients
• Meet client service level expectations
• Regularly seek feedback from clients on Bupa service levels and resolve issues promptly
• Identify sales and service opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company
• Ensure updated marketing materials are shared across client portfolio
• Update sales systems and follow due sales processes
• Support on-site activities for university partners
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and Connexions Maintenance
• Promote the company as the preferred partner for overall student, worker, and visitor health and wellbeing
• Conduct training sessions for relevant agents as required
• Stay up-to-date with company products and services
Requirements:
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, previous experience in account management, and knowledge of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and Overseas Visitor Cover (OVC) Health Insurance.
Additional requirements include:
• Previous sales and customer service delivery experience
• Solid knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry
• Understanding of the overseas student and workers market or exposure to the education/migration sector
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain strong time management performance
