Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Advertising Partnership Specialist
to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to scale partnerships with advertising networks and aggregators.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs, with established relationships in the advertising industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop Global Partnerships Strategy:
Expertly manage card-linked and affiliate offers, and have a deep understanding of the network and aggregator ecosystem.
Unlock Partnership Potential:
Develop strategies to systematically unlock the power of network and aggregator partnerships at a global level, considering regional and local nuances.
Stay Up-to-Date:
Stay up-to-date on technology used by networks, aggregators, and Mastercard, and use this knowledge to guide the strategy.
Effective Communication:
Clearly communicate complex business needs, including technology and operations, to ensure seamless understanding and communication between teams.
About You:
Expertise:
You have expertise in card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs, with established relationships in advertising networks.
Communication Skills:
You can clearly articulate what's needed, having scaled card-linked and affiliate offers programs before in a similar capacity.
Negotiation Skills:
You excel at navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, effortlessly shifting conversations between technology and business teams.
Time Management:
You possess a proven ability to act with persistence and urgency when tackling tasks.
Multitasking:
You can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical Skills:
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional team-building skills.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Security Responsibility:

Avoid Security Breaches:
Avoid breaching Mastercard's security policies and practices;
Protect Confidentiality:
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information;
Report Incidents:
Report suspected information security violations or breaches;
Complete Training:
Complete periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines.
