At Optus, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Executive Support Partner to join our Executive Leadership team.

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, driven by a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. Our ideal candidate will possess a high level of experience supporting executive-level leaders, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide strategic support to our Exco members, working closely with them to anticipate and address key priorities. This will involve scheduling internal and external appointments, managing meetings and travel arrangements, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation is produced. Additionally, the role will require the ability to work autonomously, think ahead, and effectively manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule internal and external appointments, including domestic and international meetings, to ensure effective time management.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality documentation, including meeting notes and reports.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
  • Manage emails and actions, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting executive-level leaders in a sophisticated organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the Exco member and the organisation in a professional and positive manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously, think ahead, and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
