As a key leader in our organization, you'll report directly to the Front Office Manager and be responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction and driving strategic development. This full-time role requires flexibility, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to execute and follow through on projects.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Duty Manager with 2-3 years of experience at a similar level in a hotel environment. You should demonstrate the ability to drive Customer Service Programs and achieve desired results, as well as possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Energizing and motivating your team in all things Front Office
  • Supervising operations and assisting with duties as required, ensuring seamless execution according to Ovolo standards
  • Conducting show rounds around the hotel for guests, clients, and anyone making enquiries
  • Overseeing all requests from guests, including airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, restaurant bookings, and entertainment plans
  • Managing rosters for the Front Office department to meet business demand
  • Ordering and managing Front Office stock
