Front Office and Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams at Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards in front office and housekeeping operations.
- They will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate front office and housekeeping duties, task allocation, and team rosters.
- Liaise with other departments and park management to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- A passionate and team-oriented approach with a focus on leading by example.
- A flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience with park management CRM systems (Newbook and/or RMS) is highly regarded.
- Previous housekeeping experience and supervisory oversight are preferred, particularly in resort or hotel settings.
- A suitable level of fitness and a can-do attitude are essential.
