Learning Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Coordinator to join our Talent team. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning systems, content development, and creating engaging employee experiences.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) from setup to troubleshooting and reporting.
- Support employees by resolving learning-related inquiries and ensuring smooth onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements, and testing.
- Maintain learning modules, self-service resources, and ensure accurate information is available at all times.
- Enable business initiatives through effective learning solutions.
- Demonstrated experience as a Learning Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW, or similar.
- An eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset.
