Job Title: Learning Systems Support Specialist

About the Role

This is a key role within our organization where you will lead day-to-day problem management of system, courseware and/or infrastructure issues on behalf of Group L&C. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing relationships with various teams across the group to ensure issues, tickets, new requests etc are appropriately actioned as required.

You will play an important part in driving the learning culture across the organization through transformational learning programs and experiences. This includes leading a dynamic and forward-thinking team who are passionate about delivering exceptional learner experiences. Your high attention to detail and customer service skills will enable you to develop your knowledge of Learning & HR Systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working with learning and HR related technology systems, preferably within the financial services industry. They must demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. A go-getter attitude, with a keen desire to learn and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is essential.
