This 9-month contract presents an exciting chance for a skilled Coordinator – Learning to join our Talent team. If you're passionate about developing effective learning systems, content and exceptional employee experiences, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

  • Design and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) from set-up, content updates and quality checks, through to troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Provide expert support to our people by resolving learning-related enquiries, ensuring seamless onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements and testing.
  • Maintain engaging and up-to-date learning modules, self-service resources, and ensure that relevant information is readily accessible at all times.
  • Foster business growth and wider Talent initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning Administrator or similar role.
  • Confidence working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW or similar.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
