Learning Management Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of learning management systems and the ability to configure, manage, and maintain them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage learning management systems to meet business needs.
  • Upload and update training transcripts to support accurate data.
  • Load and configure site-specific training needs assessments into the learning management system.
  • Cleanse, migrate, and test existing training records.
  • Create core and mandatory curricula, map learning against roles, and test for compliance.
  • Support trainers with learner profile allocation for site-based reporting.
  • Establish a reporting structure for business units and generate tailored system reports.
  • Collaborate on defining the future state of the learning management system to ensure alignment with organisational needs.

This role demands strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of managing multiple tasks with precision and accuracy is essential.
