Vascular Access Solutions Specialist

About the Role
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across a defined territory, building strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and executives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Develop a strategic territory plan to grow market share and revenue, providing market insights on competitor activity and customer trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing innovative vascular access solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare is highly desirable, or a strong clinical background with commercial acumen and a willingness to be trained in sales.
  • Hands-on experience in PICC insertion or a proven track record in clinical sales of PICC/vascular access products is essential.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Tertiary qualifications in healthcare or science are advantageous.
