This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, with the primary goal of driving revenue growth through sales strategies. They will be expected to establish and implement effective territory plans, identify and capitalize on opportunities, and ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic selling and relationship building.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, validate customer needs, and provide expert advice on BD vascular access solutions.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and sales performance reports to management.
Requirements
  • Strong clinical sales experience in the healthcare hospital market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive sales growth.
  • Problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
  • PIC Insertion experience (highly desirable).
Preferred Requirements
  • Education in healthcare or sciences (desirable).
  • Significant experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Domestic travel may be required.
