Regional Health Solutions Manager

The position of Regional Health Solutions Manager has become available within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing vascular access solutions across hospitals and healthcare settings in SA and NT.

Reporting to the Field Sales Director, your primary objective will be to manage a diverse territory and achieve sales targets across a market-leading product range. You will also be required to develop and implement a territory plan aligned with growth and business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven success in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare environments.
  • Experience in vascular access or PICC insertion is highly regarded.
  • Clinical, nursing or healthcare background is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a wide geographic territory.

You will also need to stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and clinical best practice. This may involve attending relevant conferences and industry events to strengthen market presence.
