Senior Healthcare Territory Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts in hospitals and healthcare settings across South Australia and Northern Territory, leveraging a market-leading product range to drive growth and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing territory strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Building strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical validations.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and clinical best practices.
  • Utilizing CRM tools and digital platforms for account planning and reporting.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and events to enhance market presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare environments.
  • Experience in vascular access or PICC insertion is advantageous.
  • Clinical, nursing, or healthcare background is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a wide geographic territory.
  • Competency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite is necessary.
