We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Everyday Independence, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Working across diverse settings, from homes and schools to community centres and workplaces
- Utilising assessment and intervention skills to maximise NDIS funding and support participants in achieving their objectives
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports to deliver effective behaviour support plans
- Developing and implementing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support frameworks
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to inform behaviour support planning
- Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges
