Behaviour Support Practitioner Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make impactful change in the behaviour support sphere. You will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing person-centred behaviour support that meets underlying needs and fosters growth in individuals with varied presentations, including neurodiversity, intellectual disabilities, and psychosocial disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with individuals, families, and professionals. We want someone who takes initiative, has a problem-solving mindset, and is committed to ongoing professional development, learning, and career growth.

About This Opportunity

This full-time position involves working 5 days per week, with a hybrid model of work including from home and across multiple settings such as schools, residential facilities, hospitals, prisons, and private homes across metropolitan Melbourne. We encourage two office days per week, located in Hawthorn VIC.
