Changing Lives Through Men's Behaviour Change

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead Men's Behaviour Change programs in various locations across Melbourne.
The program focuses on supporting men to stop using family violence and develop responsible relationships.
As a group facilitator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating weekly sessions, providing individual mid-program reviews, and ensuring the safety of participants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating 20 weekly sessions
- Providing individual mid-program reviews
- Ensuring participant safety
For this role, we require an individual with experience working with men who use violence, excellent leadership skills, and a sound understanding of violence and abusive behaviours.
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Experience working with men who use violence
- Excellent leadership skills
- Sound understanding of violence and abusive behaviours
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
This is a part-time and casual opportunity that offers flexibility and negotiable hourly rates depending on experience.
