Men's Behaviour Change Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilitator to lead our Men's Behaviour Change programs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful services and support clients in challenging harmful behaviours.

About the Role
  • Co-facilitate evening groups and centre-based group sessions for men who use violence in the home.
  • Work collaboratively with our Family Violence team to increase safety for women and children.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with women's and children's services, justice, legal, and community services.
Key Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Social Work or a related discipline.
  • Experience facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs.
  • Strong understanding of family violence frameworks and risk assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
