We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. Our team delivers Allied Health services across Australia, supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours in community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Person-centred Assessments: Conduct assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families and carers.
- Positive Behaviour Support Plans: Develop and implement evidence-based PBS plans.
- Promoting Empowerment: Educate and support individuals to live more empowered lives.
- Capacity Building: Collaborate to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks.
- Role Modelling: Act as a role model for best-practice service delivery.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
- Qualifications: Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector.
- Degree or Diploma: Degree or Diploma qualifications essential.
