Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Loss Adjustor to excel in a dynamic environment. As a key figure, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and accurately estimating vehicle damages in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately estimate vehicles within agreed timeframes and according to industry standards
  • Complete estimates as required onsite, off-site, or online
  • Process vehicles onsite by conducting thorough inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with suppliers to record and authorise additional work efficiently
  • Support production management of the centre as needed
  • Ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including proficiency in preparing estimates/quotation in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Desirable experience with AudaNet would be highly beneficial
  • Ibody experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and proficient computer abilities
  • Excel experience is an asset but not necessary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
