Contract Administration and Estimation Role

This position combines contract administration and estimating functions, requiring a motivated individual with good estimating skills and attention to detail.

  • Support both contract administration and estimation depending on project requirements.
  • Work alongside an experienced delivery and pre-construction team.
About the Position

As a skilled contract administrator/estimator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages.
  • Supporting project teams with cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Assisting with progress claims, variations, and procurement.
  • Ensuring contract compliance and project documentation is up to date.
Estimating Support

You will assist with:

  • Take-offs and pricing for commercial fit out and refurb tenders.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Helping prepare tender submissions and scope reviews.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a CA or dual CA/estimating role.
  • A background in commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment.
  • Solid attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient with estimating and project software (e.g., Buildsoft, Procore, Excel).
