- Respond promptly to client needs, meeting service standards.
- Maintain the claims management system, including estimating claim values.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and professional ethics, collaborating with stakeholders as necessary.
- Operational experience preferably in workers compensation related field, ideally 2-3 years.
- Knowledge of the Queensland Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003.
- Able to make decisions, solve problems, and set priorities while working independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and liaison skills with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, with ability to apply lateral thinking to complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
